We want our loyal customers to be aware of the following updates as we deal with this constantly changing environment together. For the time being it is our intention to stay open and provide service to the best of our ability so long as it is in a safe manner and environment.
First, our highest priority remains taking all steps to ensure the health and well-being of both our employees and customers. We are following all the CDC recommended safety precautions so our technicians are protecting themselves, their families and our customers with antibacterial cleaning supplies, gloves, and booties. Second, we have put in place steps to limit interactions and social distance by restricting all outbound appointments to sales, essential installation & service only.
If you need to reach us regarding an existing or future project, we are available by phone and email. We will be reaching out prior to any outbound work to coordinate and jointly decide on the safety of the appointment. If customers have an installation or other in-home service scheduled and want to postpone to a later date, we’ll be happy to reschedule.
We apologize for any inconvenience but all measures taken are in the safety of staff and customers.
